Xsender vs Xreacher: which cold DM tool fits you?

I run Xsender, so this page has a side. I wrote it as the page I wanted when I was the one choosing cold DM software. Where Xreacher is better, it says so. It sends while your computer is off. It covers LinkedIn and Telegram too. It sells 1,000 seats for very large teams.

Two things the sticker price hides. Xreacher counts seats per platform and bundles X with LinkedIn and Telegram. If you only send on X, you pay for seats you do not use. And X's own rules let one person run up to ten accounts, so read the 1,000 seat price with that in mind.

Xsender takes 20 percent off if you pay yearly.

Where each runs, and what it wants

Xreacher runs on their servers, one proxy per account. It sends while your laptop is shut. Their site does not say how it signs in to X, so ask them before you connect an account.

Xsender runs as a Chrome extension. You sign in to X yourself, in your own browser, and no password is stored. The cost is real: Chrome has to stay open, on your laptop or on a small remote machine. If you cannot do either, pick Xreacher. That is a fair reason.

How many DMs a day does each one really send?

X caps first messages to non-followers at 35 per 24 hours on Premium. Xreacher's homepage says 30 to 50 a day per Premium account. The top of that range only works if some DMs go to followers or open chats. Xsender publishes no daily number on purpose. It reads what X allows each account and backs off when X pushes back. One rule sits under both tools. X's automation rules say: "You may not send unsolicited Direct Messages in a bulk or automated manner". Xreacher's homepage says "100% safe". X's own rules say otherwise. Our answer is a record, not a promise: no Xsender account has ever been banned for sending DMs with Xsender.

What Xreacher's own data says

Xreacher publishes a benchmark of 43.7 million DMs. The median campaign got a 0.57 percent reply rate. Solo senders got 2.24 percent. Senders running 11 or more accounts got 0.39 percent.

A solo sender gets about six times the reply rate of a big account farm, and their Scale plans sell exactly that farm. The winning move is a small set of real accounts, each sending a few good messages a day. That is the shape Xsender is built for; Scale stops at 20 accounts.

Pick Xreacher if, pick Xsender if

Xreacher: no computer you can leave running, LinkedIn or Telegram as well, or more than 20 accounts.

Xsender: you want your X login to stay in your own Chrome with no password stored. You run 1 to 20 accounts on one screen. You want a tool that reads X's cap per account, not a daily number on a homepage.

Does Xreacher really send 50 DMs a day?

Its homepage says 30 to 50 per Premium account. X caps first messages to strangers at 35 on Premium, so some of those 50 would have to go to open chats or followers. For cold outreach, plan on X's 35.

Is Xsender cheaper than Xreacher?

At 1 account, yes: $59 against $67 a month. At 5 and 10 accounts, no: $173 against $135, and $264 against $189. Xreacher does not publish a 30 seat price; its next step is 100 seats at $299. Paying yearly takes 20 percent off ours, which narrows but does not close that gap.

Is there an Xreacher review with real numbers?

We found no Trustpilot page for Xreacher on 10 September 2026, and no open G2 or Capterra counts. Its own benchmark page is the best public data: 43.7 million DMs and a 0.57 percent median reply rate. Read it as vendor data.

Do I have to give either one my X password?

Xsender, no. You sign in to X yourself in your own Chrome, the extension sends from that logged-in window, and nothing is stored. Xreacher does not publish how it signs in to your account, only that each account gets its own proxy. Ask them before you connect an account.
